How do we create this diversity, from breakfast to gala dinner? Our team consists of 5 creative cooks with a preference for South Tyrolean specialities and Mediterranean cuisine. Accompanied by outstanding wines from our own vineyard and the well-stocked wine cellar, the elegant and cosy ambience and the relaxed mood, our restaurant in Eppan beguiles all the senses.
